DAY 20 SST & IST ANATOMY

WHAT WILL WE COVER TODAY WHAT WILL WE COVER TODAY Today we are going to look at the anatomy of the SST and IST tendon insertion. The tendons inter-digitate so there is no definite plane between them, however we will go into how to use the adjacent anatomy to work out the tendon insertions.
